About the artist
My passion for painting began not too many years ago at an age when most people think about retiring. I work primarily with watercolor and paint landscapes, still life, and florals. I use traditional and experimental techniques.
I have taken watercolor workshops with nationally and internationally known artists. My art training also includes instruction at the Paxtang Art Association and I have taken classes given by local artists.
I have won awards with local art organizations such as the Hershey Area Art Association and the Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, and I have participated in the Lebanon Valley College Juried Spring Art Exhibit.
My cottage studio "The Painting Place" is located at 206 First Street in Mt. Gretna, PA.
